Parks & Recreation - FAQs

All Township athletic fields and courts are reserved by completing the North Whitehall Field/Court Application Form. Single use requests may directly be emailed to athleticfields@northwhitehall.org. Please note, submitting this form does not guarantee your requests, until both parties have signed a rental agreement. When you submit the application form, please send a copy of your team's general liability insurance which can be emailed to athleticfields@northwhitehall.org. We will do our very best to accommodate your team's request.
Spring applications are due by Thursday, February 27th. Fall applications are due by Monday, June 30th.

Yes, we have 4 pavilions available to rent in the Township. To reserve a pavilion, please use RecDesk! If you do not have a RecDesk account, you can create one at any time. RecDesk accounts may take up to 2 business days to be approved.

All special events within the township, should fill out the Special Event Applicationand submit all items to Recreation & Communication Coordinator, Chloe Pauls cpauls@northwhitehall.org.
