All Township athletic fields are reserved by sending an email to athleticfields@northwhitehall.org. The field schedule for the spring season is normally organized around the beginning of each year (January/February) and the field permits are distributed by the first week of spring. The field schedule for the fall schedule is normally organized around the middle of July and the field permits are distributed by the end of August. If your organization is interested in using one of our fields, please send an email to the above email address with your team name, contact person name, contact person phone number, contact person email, contact person mailing address, days, dates (start and end dates of your season) and times your team will need the field. We will also need a copy of your team's general liability insurance. We will do our very best to accommodate your team's request.
